Outstanding!!!
I must say that I think your team has it all together. I watched them endlessly and marvelled at the cooperation and execution they exhibited. It shows that you have been training and they are performing very well. Experience is a great teacher, and your team has done very well.
I never imagined that there would be so many columns in your way. I guess that the canopy requires quite a few but in my mind's eye I never envisioned so many. The crew did well to work the Bunyan around them maintaining the grade and without any dips or low areas.
I think the product looks great also. Kudos to Mo and his team. We spent an hour at the plant this morning and then met the third truck as he was unloading and watched until 5AM. I took the QC Team over to the ASU Fine Arts Parking Lot for a peak in the dawn and they all send their compliments back on a great looking project. Personally, and only time will tell, I think Glendale is going to look even better than ASU due to your attention to detail and the experience of the crew.
Congrats to you and your team for an excellent project. I am hopeful that the remainder of the project and subsequent phases all go well.
Thank you for letting us watch your team at work. They performed very well.

As I write the final check for the job your company did at our home, I thought I should write you a gratitude of thanks and commendation at the same time.
We felt that your crew, led by Bill Garling did a real quality job throughout, and the finishes met our highest hopes. Hopes aren’t always equal to realities and in this case they were! Our decision to spend the money we did on new concrete finishes was not an easy one, but the quality of work your people did, as well as their attitudes, have made our decision a very good one.
Incidentally, we have had a number of walker bys stopping to look at the walk and drive to admire it, and hopefully it will result in some new business for you.

They were professional and extremely hardworking(we told 'em that we'd put in a good word for a well deserved pay raise). They were considerate enough to move our garbage can up the street for collection when vehicles virtually blocked off the pick up. The Bomanite job is truly beautiful and we'll enjoy it for many years-not to mention what it does for the value of our property.
